How much is postage?
We offer Standard Shipping for $10. Express Post is also available for $10 on all purchases within Australia for select areas. We will require a $10 restocking fee if you do not purchase.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use various couriers to deliver all Australian Orders. These come complete with tracking and signature on delivery.
Can my parcel be tracked?
Yes! All Sirens Swimwear orders are completely trackable (including International orders) When your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your parcels progress here.
What address should I use for my delivery?
We recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. (if you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name). Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a calling card will be left and your parcel delivered to your local post office.
Can I specify delivery instructions?
If no one is going to be available to sign for your parcel, you can enter special instructions at the check-out. These will be printed on your address label eg – “Deliver to Reception on 2nd Floor” or “Leave under stairs if no one is home”.
Please keep in mind that if you request for your parcel to be left without a signature, you do so at your own risk. Your parcel is completely trackable up until this point and neither Sirens Swimwear or Couriers can accept responsibility for parcels that go missing after delivery.
What are delivery times within Australia?
Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days to most of Australia. Some parts of Western Australia, Tasmania & Northern Territory may experience delivery times of 5-10 working days – if time is a concern we recommend opting for express post which delivers overnight to most areas (or within 2-4 days to more remote regions such as Tas/NT/WA). Unfortuntely, we have no control over Australia Post times for express post delivery.
Peak Times: Please keep in mind that delivery may be slower over peak periods such as Christmas & Easter. If your parcel is time sensitive, we recommend you opt for Express Shipping.
What about lost parcels within Australia?
All parcels have a tracking code that can be traced.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver to New Zealand, North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific.
* International purchases are GST exempt. This will show our online shopping cart when you proceed with your order.
* *International returns are not able to utilize our reply paid service and all international customers will need to pay for return shipping.
How much is shipping to other countries?
Shipping will be added to the cost of the swimsuit and is charged using the online calculator at our checkout. Price will be dependent on weight and the country you are in.
Overseas customers will be offered a choice of delivery by sea, air or express delivery. The prices will vary accordingly.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may incur.

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
