Why isn’t the Try@Home Option Available during the Sale?

Try@Home is often made unavailable during major sale periods. This is to keep it keep it fair and allow everyone equal opportunity to purchase over the Promotional Period.

I have a coupon/offer code but it isn’t working!

Check the terms, conditions & expiry date of the offer as most coupon codes are only valid for a limited amount of time or may not be applicable to all products, or in conjunction with other offers. Coupon Codes are valid for one use only, so if you have already redeemed the offer once you won’t be able to use it a second time. If you’re still having a problem with a valid coupon code, get in touch!

I have a Try@Home At Home Kit but an item I want is now on SALE, can I have the promotional price?

New sale & promotional prices are not applicable to existing Try@Home Orders. However, you can purchase the item online during the sale send your Try@Home Kit back. We’ll ship the sale item out to you separately and refund your $199 deposit upon the return of your kit.

You are sold out of the style/size that I want. When will it be back in stock?

Each Sirens release is unique, to be sure you’re getting a special and exclusive style we only do a limited run of each style in each size. Once a style sells out we often don’t restock it – so if there is something you love be sure to get in quick! Keep up to date with season releases by subscribing to our E-news.

Do you do make to order/custom garments?

We are unable to make special order garments. However, we’d love to help you to pick a style from the existing range that you will adore! You can call us on 1300 306 977 to see what styles may be best suited to your body shape. Alternatively, you can read about Which Style Suits your Body Shape in our buying guide.

Do you separate two-pieces and sell pieces individually?

You can now select a different top and bottom size when purchasing most 2 pieces! However, 2 pieces must still be purchased in sets and are unable to be sold as separates (eg - top only) unless otherwise listed on the website.

Do your swimsuits stretch much?

Our Sirens will have a small amount of give in them as you wear them. But all our swimwear pieces are lined with a very high quality power mesh lining, so only a small amount of stretching may occur. We recommend you select a style & size that is comfortable for you now.
